HUFFORD FIELD USE AGREEMENT
CHS GYMNASIUM
RENTAL FEE ---$500.00
Includes:
- 1 Custodian sweep floor at halftime, clean up after game.
- 1 Ticket taker.
- 2 Door monitors
- 1 Clock operator
- 1 Bookkeeper
- 1 Game administrator
- Game and warm-up balls
- Pre game announcements
- Official / Facility Security
- Trophy for winning team (deducted from gate receipts)
- Coleman will furnish turnkey UIL paperwork and financial distributions. We pay all parties, divide the balance and remit to the participating schools.
- Concession Stand.

Gyms aren’t rented out to community groups at this time.
