HUFFORD FIELD USE AGREEMENT

  CHS GYMNASIUM RENTAL FEE ---$500.00   Includes:

• 1 Custodian sweep floor at halftime, clean up after game.
• 1 Ticket taker.
• 2 Door monitors
• 1 Clock operator
• 1 Bookkeeper
• 1 Game administrator
• Game and warm-up balls
• Pre game announcements
• Official / Facility Security
• Trophy for winning team (deducted from gate receipts)
• Coleman will furnish turnkey UIL paperwork and financial distributions. We pay all parties, divide the balance and remit to the participating schools.
• Concession Stand.

  BASEBALL FIELD – SOFTBALL FIELD RENTAL FEE --- $300.00   Includes:

• Ticket taker
• Scorer
• Scoreboard operator
• Administrator
• Field Preparation

  Gyms aren’t rented out to community groups at this time.
