E-RATE FORM 470 REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL 2021-2022

Coleman ISD is accepting bids for Category 2 Services

Wireless: Coleman ISD is requesting bids on 1-wireless controller, approximately 60 indoor wireless access points and approximately 5 outdoor access points. Quantity’s may change depending on coverage capabilities of the new access points. These must be compatible with the current wireless network which utilizes Cisco AIR-CAP2701I-A-K9 and AIR-AP1832I-B-K9 access points. 

Coleman ISD is requesting bids for approximately 20 Network Switches. These must accommodate 4 - 10 Gig uplink ports and 24 or 48 Gigabit Ethernet PoE+ ports depending on design requirements.

Vendors are required to preform a walk-through of the facilities prior to submitting a proposal to provide accurate assessment and quote.

Bids will be accepted until March 12, 2021.
