- Additional benefit – Emergency Medical Transport – Air / Ground Ambulance – MASA
This benefit is through the company named MASA, which is a payer of claims for any ambulance charges incurred in the United States. They pay the charges that above what one’s health insurance coverage pays.- Legacy Emergent Plan premium is $9.00 per month (payroll deduction) for coverage of employee, spouse, and dependent children under 26 years of age. (This coverage is for all 50 U.S. states)
- Emergent Plus Plan premium is $14.00 per month (payroll deduction) for coverage of employee, spouse, and dependent children under 26 years of age. (This coverage is for all 50 U.S. states)
- It pays for whatever company is used to transport to a hospital in a medical emergency.
- It pays for air ambulance (helicopter or airplane) as well as ground ambulance.
- Platinum Plan (International plan) - $39.00 per month for employee, spouse, and dependent children under 26 years of age.

As you may be aware, we have revised the Emergent Member Services Agreement (the "Agreement" or "MSA") to allow our members to better understand the benefits to which they are entitled and the best way to access those benefits should the need arise.
